Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XII, Burnett Survey District, Murchison County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and lessee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Burnett Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

1 2 23, Portion of Section 7; coloured red.
0 1 10 " 7; coloured red.
0 2 0 " 21 (G.R.); coloured yellow.

Situated in Block XII, Burnett Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 44084, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this seventeenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Wharekawa Survey District, Franklin County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block VI, Wharekawa Survey District:

And whereas an agreement has been entered into, in terms of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such land for the public work hereinafter set forth:

And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor-General to issue a Proclamation taking the land, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for purposes of a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43892, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and taken; 7 perches.

Portion of Porangahau 2b No. 9 Block, Block XII, Porangahau Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42778, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.

Arapawanui Block.

SECTIONS 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block XIII, and Sections 1 and 2, Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey District: Area, 3,670 acres.
