THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Correcting Errors in Notices dated 17th April, 1917, 8th May, 1917, 6th June, 1917, 3rd September, 1917, 15th January, 1918, 25th April, 1918, 21st May, 1918, and 19th June, 1918, as to Men called up with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force.

WHEREAS by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, it is enacted that the Minister of Defence may from time to time, by notice in the Gazette, correct any error in the gazetted list of men called up under that Act for service with the Expeditionary Force: And whereas such errors have occurred in the notices as to men called up for service as aforesaid, published in the Gazettes of the 17th day of April, 1917, the 8th day of May, 1917, the 6th day of June, 1917, the 3rd day of September, 1917, the 15th day of January, 1918, the 25th day of April, 1918, the 21st day of May, 1918, and the 19th day of June, 1918, respectively:

Now, therefore, I, James Allen, the Minister of Defence for the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, do hereby amend the gazetted lists hereinbefore referred to in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.
