Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kenana No. 2B No. 10 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the said land by way of sale to O. J. Hodge shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 13th day of January, 1917.

“ That a proposed alienation of the said land by way of sale to O. J. Hodge shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to A. Judd shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to A. Judd shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the said land by way of sale to J. E. Newton shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tatara-o-te-Rauhina will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tangoio on Friday, the 2nd day of February, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pahaoe, Sub. 2A, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Greytown on Tuesday, the 13th day of February, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 146 acres, be sold to George Francis Pearce and Mary Cameron at a price of £10 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuatetua South will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Monday, the 12th day of February, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said block of land be sold to William Chillingworth, of Auckland, farmer, for the sum of £8 10s. per acre, or at the amount of a special Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”
