Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the aforesaid powers and authorities, doth hereby declare that it is his intention to grant in fee-simple the area of Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto in exchange for the fee-simple of the area of land described in the Second Schedule.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF CROWN LAND AUTHORIZED TO BE EXCHANGED.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, being Section 32, Block XII, Kaeo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Old Land Claim 803, 373·3 links; towards the east by Section 14, Block XII, Kaeo Survey District, 3880 links; towards the south by Section 10, Block XII aforesaid, 371·6 links; and towards the west by Section 30, Block XII aforesaid, 3915·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1672, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.


SECOND SCHEDULE.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND TO BE OBTAINED IN EXCHANGE THEREFOR.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 of Section 14, Block XII, Kaeo Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 3, Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, 3198 links; towards the south generally by a public road, 1360·8, 336·8, 539·9, 777·9, and 291·3 links; and towards the south-west by the other part of Section 14 aforesaid, 1081·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/1672A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 18719.)

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.


PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that

ANNIE PARRY,

being a person holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, at Pukapuka, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
