Block XVI, Section part 2 (820 acres) in Blocks XV and XVI, Section 1 (1,287 a. 1 r. 24 p.) in Block XV, Section 4 (573 a. 2 r.) in Block XV, and Section 4A (3 a. 2 r.) in Block XV, all in the Mangawhero Survey District; also Sections (Paraekaretu Block) 84, 87, 88, 89, 90, and 130 (Ngapuna) in Block XV, and Sections 91, 92, 95, and 96 in Block XVI, Mangawhero Survey District; Sections 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 85, and 86 in Block III, Wangaehu Survey District; and Sections 93, 94, 97, part 98 (199 a. 1 r. 26 p.), 126, and 129 in Block IV, Wangaehu Survey District. As the said special-rating district is more particularly shown upon the map attached to the ratepayers’ consent to the said loan, and thereon bordered red.
And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I, Bennet Perry Lethbridge, Chairman of the Rangitikei County Council, do hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a special meeting of the Rangitikei County Council held on the 3rd day of April, 1917.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei was affixed hereto this 3rd day of April, 1917, in the presence of—

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—LOAN OF £700.—TAIHAPE—MATAROA ROAD.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £700, authorized to be raised by the Rangitikei County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of providing a portion of the Rangitikei County Council’s share of the cost of constructing or reconstructing that portion of the Taihape—Mataroa Road situate in the Upper Wangaehu Road District commencing at the northern boundary of the Rangitikei County and proceeding thence in a north-westerly and then westerly direction generally to its junction with the Mataroa and Murray’s Track Roads, the said Rangitikei County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one five-hundredth of a penny (1/500d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property within the County of Rangitikei, exclusive of the Town District of Lethbridge; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six years and a half, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
PRIME AND BINSTED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between C. R. Prime and Albert Binsted in the practice of Dentistry, carried on under the style or firm of “Prime & Binsted” at Smeeton’s Buildings, Auckland, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from this date.
In future Mr. Prime may be consulted at the firm’s old premises, Smeeton’s Buildings, Auckland, and Mr. Binsted at Dr. Renton’s Rooms, Strand Arcade, Auckland.
