THE following extraordinary resolution was passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the MOEHAU GRANITE QUARRIES (LIMITED) held at the registered office of the company, Union Buildings, Auckland, on the 19th day of April, 1917:—

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly the company be wound up; and that Mr. S.
