at any time revoked, either wholly or as to any part or parts
of the land included therein, by the Governor by Order in
Council :
And whereas a parcel of land known as Nuhaka 2D 2F 4
became subject, by virtue of an Order in Council dated the
eighteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
eight, to the provisions of Part XVI of the Native Land Act,
1909:
And whereas the Tairawhiti District Maori Land Board
has recommended that such land be no longer subject to
Part XVI aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby revoke the said Order in Council dated the eighteenth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eight, in
so far as such Order in Council affects Nuhaka 2D 2F 4.

DESCRIPTION OF PORTION OF RESERVE EXCHANGED.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 rood 22·4 perches, more or less, being
portion of Allotment 248A (a cemetery reserve), Parish
of Waikomiti. Bounded towards the south-east by a public
road 497·4 links; towards the south-west by a public road,
153 links; and towards the north-west by a right line, 516·2
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the
same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 2/34A, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland Plan No.
18288.)
Prohibiting all Private Alienation of certain Native Land.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this second day
of April, 1917.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the
period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all
alienations of the Native lands specified in the Schedule
hereto other than alienations in favour of the Crown.

RAWHITIROA B No. 2 Block: Approximate area, 5 acres
0 roods 28 perches; Waihou Survey District.

Bounded towards the north-west by a public road, 238·3
links; towards the south-east by a right line, 670·3 links;
and towards the north-west by a public road, 507·7 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/34A, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured blue. (Auckland Plan No. 18288.)

License authorizing the Pukekohe Borough Council to erect
Electric Lines within the Borough of Pukekohe.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this tenth day
of April, 1917.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of the Public Works Amend-
ment Act, 1911, it is provided that no person shall
lay, construct, place, put up, or use any electric line except
under the authority of a license issued by the Governor in
Council under that Act:
And whereas the Pukekohe Borough Council (hereinafter
referred to as "the licensee"), desires to erect lines within
the area of supply as defined in the Schedule hereto, and
hereinafter called "the area of supply," and it is expedient
accordingly to issue a license in respect thereof under the
said section:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
conferred upon him by the said section, and of all other powers
in anyway enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the
Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth, subject to the conditions set forth in
the Schedule hereto, and to the regulations made under
section two of the aforesaid Act, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and hereinafter referred
to as "the regulations," hereby authorize the licensee to erect
and maintain electric lines for lighting, power, and heating
purposes within the area of supply hereinafter described, such
electric lines at present proposed to be erected being indicated
by means of red and broken red lines shown on the plan
marked P.W.D. 41466, and deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington
Provincial District.
Exchanging Portion of a Reserve in Parish of Waikomiti,
Auckland Land District, for other Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh
day of April, 1917.

IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule
hereto forms portion of a reserve heretofore duly
set apart for a cemetery, being a reserve within Class I of the
Second Schedule to the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"): And
whereas by section four of the said Act the Governor is
authorized, inter alia, to exchange any such reserve for
other land of equal value, to be dedicated to the same or
one or more of the purposes comprised in the said Class I,
and to define the purpose to which such reserve or such
land acquired in exchange shall be dedicated: And
whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to
exchange the said portion of the cemetery reserve for settle-
ment land of equal value, described in the Second Schedule
hereto, to be dedicated as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by section four of the said Act, and
section seventy-two of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908,
doth hereby declare that the portion of the cemetery reserve
described in the First Schedule here to is hereby exchanged
for the settlement land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, which, in the opinion of the Governor, is of equal
value; and doth also declare that the land described in the
said First Schedule becomes and is settlement land freed from
all previous reservation and subject to the provisions of the
SCHEDULE.

AREA OF SUPPLY.
The area of supply comprises the Borough of Pukekohe as
at present constituted. -
SYSTEM OF SUPPLY.
The system of supply shall be as described in para-
graph (b) (l) of clause 2 of the regulations.
The generating voltage shall be approximately 460 to 520
volts between the terminals.
