1290] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE. [No. 66

Correcting Errors in Notices as to Men called up for Service with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force.

WHEREAS by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, it is enacted that the Minister of Defence may from time to time by notice in the Gazette correct any error in the gazetted list of men called up under that Act for service with the Expeditionary Force: And whereas such errors have occurred in the notices as to men called up for service as aforesaid, published in previous Gazettes on the 23rd day of November, 1916, the 14th day of December, 1916, the 12th day of January, 1917, the 13th day of February, 1917, and the 13th day of March, 1917, respectively:

Now, therefore, the Minister of Defence for the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power conferred on him by subsection (3) of section 10 of the Military Service Act, 1916, doth hereby amend the gazetted lists hereinbefore referred to in the manner set forth in the Schedule hereto.
