THE following special order, made by the Dargaville Borough Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908.

BOROUGH OF DARGAVILLE.
Special Order.
In pursuance of the powers vested in it by sections 39 (a) and 125 (c) of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, the Dargaville Borough Council hereby resolves by way of special order as follows:—
“That the number of Councillors for the Borough of Dargaville be increased from six to nine.”
