And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Manawatu County Council held on Tuesday, the 6th day of March, 1917.

WOOLSTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.
ELECTRICAL SUPPLY SUPPLEMENTARY LOAN.
WHEREAS at a poll taken on the fifth day of March, 1915, the ratepayers of the Borough of Woolston authorized the raising of a special loan of £6,350 for the purpose of supplying the borough with electricity in accordance with the proposals duly advertised in respect thereto : And whereas the said loan was raised, but the amount thereof has been found insufficient to complete the undertaking :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Woolston Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of completing the above-mentioned public work the Council authorize the raising of a special loan (to be known as the "Electrical Supply Supplementary Loan") of £635, and carrying interest at the rate of £5 per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six and one-half years (36½ years), or until the loan is fully paid off, with a sinking fund of £1 per centum per annum on the amount of the loan, on the security of a special annually recurring rate of 1/20 of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (being unimproved value) of all rateable property in the borough ; and, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund as aforesaid and other charges on the said supplementary loan of £635, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/20 of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (being unimproved value) of all rateable property in the borough; and such rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such supplementary loan, and shall be payable yearly on the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, or until such loan is fully paid off.

MOTUEKA HARBOUR BOARD.
SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and of all other statutory powers and authorities (if any), the Motueka Harbour Board hereby resolves by way of special order as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £22,000, authorized to be raised by the Motueka Harbour Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the improvement of the Motueka Harbour, the said Motueka Harbour Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-farthing in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Motueka Harbour District,
comprising the Borough of Motueka, the Motueka Riding of the Waimea County, and that portion of the Moutere Riding formerly known as the Lower Moutere Road District, as described in the New Zealand Gazette bearing date the 30th day of April, 1883 ; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and payable yearly on the 10th day of December in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 42½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above special order was duly made and passed at a special meeting of the Motueka Harbour Board on the 11th day of November, 1916, and confirmed at a special meeting of the Motueka Harbour Board held on the 9th day of December, 1916.
