REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paihia 1D No. 12 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 23rd day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Hotene te Wake, of Whangape, farmer, for the price of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ruapekapeka 7G will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 23rd day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the balance of the said block be sold to John Thomas Pringle at £3 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tapuwae 3B 2J will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 23rd day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Maxwell Beazley, of Motukaraka, farmer, for the price of £1 2s. 6d. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Huiarau Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Friday, the 23rd day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the portion of the said land to the west of the Towai-Ruapekapeka Road be sold to William James Ross for the sum of £2 per acre.”
