Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mapiu Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fifth day of March, 1917.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE A. L. HERDMAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the domain described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

JOHN ALBERT TAYLOR,
JOHN CHARLES DONNELLY, and
CONRAD FITZGERALD,
to be the Mapiu Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mapiu Public School as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall held.
SCHEDULE.
MAPIU DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 22·8 perches, more or less, being Section 2, Block III, Mapiu Village. Bounded towards the north by Section 1, Block III, Mapiu Village, 870·82 links; towards the east generally by the Esplanade, 739·07 links; towards the south by Hinemoa Street, 587·66 links; and towards the west by Sections 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, Mapiu Village, 500·04 links; and again on the south by Section 3, 250 links; and again on the west by Mapiu Street, 208·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/610, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Hukerenui Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Hukerenui Hotel, Hukerenui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HUKERENUI DOMAIN, BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres, more or less, being Section No. 51, Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by a road, towards the east by Section No. 8 of said Block VI, and towards the south and west by Section No. 4 of the aforesaid Block VI. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 58465/7, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section 53, Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 51, Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District, 1272 links; towards the west by the aforesaid section, 472 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 92·5 and 79 links; towards the east by Section 8, Block VI aforesaid, 1037·4 links; towards the south by Section 8 aforesaid and by Section 4 of Block VI aforesaid, 1372 links; and towards the west by Section 4 aforesaid, 700·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1285/20A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the eleventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Kimbolton Domain, and doth hereby appoint
