Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries, Raupo Drainage District, County of Waipa.

Wellington, 9th January, 1917.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the Land Drainage Amendment Act, 1913, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be included in the Raupo Drainage District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed inclusion which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN RAUPO DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Section 86, Tokatoka Parish, thence along the northern side of the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections 86, 87, 85, 84, 83, and 81, Tokatoka Parish, across a road and along the north-eastern side of the road forming the south-western boundaries of Sections 8 and 7, Omaru Parish, and thence along the present boundary of the Raupo Drainage District as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th November, 1909, page 3031, to the place of commencement.
Also all that area bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 3, Omaru Parish, thence along the northern boundary of that section and the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 3, 2, and 1, Omaru Parish, to the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned section, and thence along the present boundary of the Raupo Drainage District as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th November, 1909, page 3031, to the place of commencement.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of the Borough of Onehunga.

Wellington, 9th January, 1917.
PURSUANT to Section 14 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, being part of the County of Eden, has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, praying that the said area may be excluded from the said county and included in the Borough of Onehunga. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections or petitions are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA PROPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern side of Mount Smart Road in line with the south-eastern side of Campbell Road, thence across the road to the southernmost corner of Lot 9, Hospital Reserve, part of Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, and along the eastern side of Manukau Road to the north-western corner of Lot 1 of the said Hospital Reserve; thence along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 42, across Turama Road, and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 22 and 21, Hospital Reserve aforesaid, to and across Campbell Road, and along the southern side of that road and its production to the south-western side of Mount Smart Road the place of commencement.

PURSUANT to Section 14 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance with the regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, being part of the County of Piako and part of the County of Ohinemuri, has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, praying that the said area may be excluded from the said counties and included in the Borough of Te Aroha. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to, or petitions against, the proposed alteration within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
