NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a meeting of the South Island District Maori Land Board to be held at Wellington on Wednesday, the 24th day of January, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Marutuahu A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Manaia on Friday, the 26th day of January, 1917, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be leased to Robert A. Wight for a term of twenty-five years at an annual rental of £10 per cent. on the Government valuation.”

Dated at Auckland this 5th day of January, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Marutuahu B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 26th day of January, 1917, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the land be sold to Robert A. Wight for the amount of the Government valuation.”

Dated at Auckland this 5th day of January, 1917.
