REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketutu will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Pakaraka on Saturday, the 17th day of March, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to R. Wilson and H. F. Wilson, of Puketona, farmers, for the sum of £1 per acre."

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairoa C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Tuesday, the 20th day of March, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to Joseph Murray Robb at the price of £1 per acre."

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakakoro F No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Tuesday, the 20th day of March, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 1B 2L 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rangiahua on Wednesday, the 21st day of March, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to William Neil Austin, of Okaihau, farmer, for the price of £1 10s. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketarata 4G 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 14th day of March, 1917, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—

"That the said land be sold to Emily Fortington for the price of £2 10s. per acre ; or,

"That the said land be leased to Emily Fortington for a term of forty-two years, computed from the date of the confirmation of this resolution by the Board, at the yearly rental of 2s. 6d. per acre for the first twenty-one years of the said term, and at the yearly rental for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the said land as disclosed by the Government valuation thereon extant at the expiration of the first twenty-one years."
