Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block I,
Hukerenui Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of
the lessee and mortgagee of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Bay of Islands County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the said
land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in
the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like con-
sents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in
the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road: 5 acres 3 roods 27·2 perches and 1 rod 32·8 perches.
Portions of Section 5.
Coloured on plan: Red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed: 6 acres
2 roods and 2 roods 32 perches.
Passing through Section 5.
Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Block I, Hukerenui Survey District.
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
22/796, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zea-
land and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of
February, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and seventeen.

Waimumu Hundred, Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur Wil-
liam de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners of the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and of the Southland County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, pro-
claim as a road the land described in the said Schedule:
and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid,
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, which is not required.

Settlement Lands set apart for Disposal by Way of Sale or
Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in
the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the settlement lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are
hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by of way
sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures,
in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things,
enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under
the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection
with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for
selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in
that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the
purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito
Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion
