Fixing the Maximum Price of Butter until August, 1917.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fifteenth day of February, 1917.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and published in the Gazette of the same day, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the authority conferred upon him by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, did fix and determine the maximum price of butter in New Zealand: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Order in Council and make other provision in lieu thereof:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council of the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, hereinbefore referred to, and doth hereby fix and determine the maximum price of butter in New Zealand in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby, with the like advice and consent, declare that this Order in Council shall come into operation on the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
