In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amend-
ments ; and in the matter of the WAIMUMU CO-OPERATIVE
DAIRY FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED).

URSUANT to the provisions of the Companies Act,
1908, notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the
shareholders of the Waimumu Co-operative Dairy Factory
Company (Limited) called for the purpose on the 20th day
of January, 1917, and adjourned to the 27th day of January,
1917, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed,
namely :—
“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company
that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business,
and that it is advisable to wind up same.
“That ROBERT WINNING, of Mataura, Accountant, be and
is hereby appointed Liquidator.”
