REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hikurangi on Monday, the 5th day of March, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Walter Cecil Paulden, of Mokau, farmer, for the price of £1 per acre.”

Dated at Auckland this 13th day of February, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Makarau No. 2C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Helensville on Tuesday,

the 6th day of March, 1917, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to James Byrt Jordan (the younger), of Kaukapakapa, farmer, for £1,295, being the amount of Government valuation thereof.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otaika 4C West will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Friday, the 2nd day of March, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”
