Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omahu 2A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 22nd day of February, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land, containing 23 acres 0 roods 38 perches, be sold to John Thomas Blake at a price to be not less than the present Government valuation.”

Dated at Wellington this 7th day of February, 1917.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ninihi No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 28th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Effie May McBeth, of Punakitere, for £1 per acre or present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

Dated at Auckland this 5th day of February, 1917.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taraire No. 2M will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 28th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to Richard Nathan, of Whananaki, farmer, for the amount of £1 per acre or present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”
