HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the New Zealand Territorial Force:—

Lieutenant John Mackintosh Roberts is struck off the strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force and absorbed into the Reserve of Officers. Dated 18th February, 1917.

9TH (WELLINGTON EAST COAST) MOUNTED RIFLES.
Captain Charles Ernest Clifton is struck off the strength of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force and absorbed into the Reserve of Officers. Dated 31st January, 1917.

NEW ZEALAND FIELD ARTILLERY.
2nd Lieutenant Henry Chynoweth Cock to be Lieutenant. Dated 19th January, 1917.

CORPS OF NEW ZEALAND ENGINEERS.

Surgeon-General Sidney Skerman, v.d., Reserve of Officers, relinquishes the appointment of a Camp Medical Officer. Dated 19th February, 1916.
Surgeon-General Sidney Skerman, v.d., Reserve of Officers, is appointed a member of a Special District Medical Board, with pay and allowances of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 16th January, 1917.
Lieutenant-Colonel (temp.) Walter Fox, M.B., M.S., relinquishes the appointment of a Member of the Special District Medical Board. Dated 25th January, 1917.
Lieutenant-Colonel (temp.) Walter Fox, M.B., M.S., is granted the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel whilst acting as Medical Superintendent of the Christchurch Hospital. Dated 25th January, 1917.
Major (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) James Sands Elliott; M.D., Edin., resumes the duties of Assistant Director of Medical Services, Wellington Military District. Dated 18th January, 1917.
Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) William Kington Fyffe relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Medical Services, Wellington Military District. Dated 16th January, 1917.
