Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whataroa Native Reserve, Sections 20, 21, and 22, will be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaiapoi on Friday, the 25th day of January, 1918, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Whataroa Native Reserve, Sections 20, 21, and 22, be leased to Norman Edmond Friend, of Okarito, Westland, farmer, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation, and for a term of twenty-one years.”

Dated at Wellington this 17th day of December, 1917.
