NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
existing between the undersigned, ARCHIBALD YUILL,
Junior, and JOHN YUILL, in the business of Dairy Farmers at
Flag Swamp, has been dissolved as from the thirtieth day of
September, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

The business will in future be carried on by the said ARCHI-
BALD YUILL, Junior, who will pay all debts due by and receive
all moneys due to the late Partnership.

AUCKLAND GUM COMPANY (LIMITED).

IT is resolved that, it being impracticable to raise, work,
and extract from soil kauri-gum by means of the com-
pany’s dredge, the company be wound up voluntarily under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amend-
ments; and that JOHN ALEXANDER STEWART AITKEN,
of Gore, Dredge-owner, be hereby appointed Liquidator for
the purpose of such winding-up; and that the company’s
dredge and other assets be disposed of in such manner as the
Liquidator and G. T. Marriner and A. Martinovich may think
fit.

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Waikato County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in
respect of principal and interest and also the other charges
on a loan of £400, authorized to be raised by the Waikato
County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,
for the purpose of widening and deepening Stubbings Creek,
the said Waikato County Council hereby makes and levies a
special rate of ⅜d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all
rateable property classified A as set out in the Schedule here-
under, one-half of a penny in the pound upon the rateable
value of all rateable property classified B as set out in the
Schedule hereunder; and that such special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and
be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of February and the
1st day of August in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.

KAWHIA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Kawhia County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in re-
spect of principal and interest and also the other charges on
a loan of two hundred pounds, authorized to be raised by the
Kawhia County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act,
1913, for completing the metalling of the Pirongia West
Road, the said Kawhia County Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of one farthing in the pound upon the
rateable value of all rateable property of the Pirongia West
Special-rating Area, as described in a resolution of the said
Council published on page 769 of the New Zealand Gazette
of the 5th March, 1914; and that such special rate shall be
an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan,
and be payable yearly on the 17th day of August in each
and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the above-written resolution was duly
passed by the Kawhia County Council at a meeting held on
the 20th day of January, 1917.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL-RATE LOAN OF £1,200, MAKINO
ROAD.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Rangitikei County Council hereby resolves as follows:—

That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in re-
spect of principal and interest and also the other charges on
a loan of £1,200, authorized to be raised by the Rangitikei
County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,
for the purpose of widening and metalling the Makino Road,
and the cost of raising the loan to be paid out of the loan,
the said Rangitikei County Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of twopence and two-thirds of a penny (2⅔d.)
in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis
of the capital value) of all rateable property of the Makino
