36 1917/25 Lease .. Porangahau 2b No. 20 That the land be leased to Myra Fanny White for a term of twenty-one years from 1st day of October, 1916, at a rental of £1 10s. per acre per annum for first ten years and 5 per cent. on Government valuation in 1926, less value of improvements effected by the lessee, for residue of term, provided that the rental for the whole term be not less than £1 10s. per acre per annum. Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 10, Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Burton J. Brown shall be agreed to.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitepuia No. 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Ethel Anne Kelly shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paengaroa North B No. 10B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to George H. Mends shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokeran Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 25 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Friday, the 23rd day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the north-west portion of land be sold to Henry Nixon, of Okaihau, at £1 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokeran Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima South E 19B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Friday, the 16th day of February, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Riki Neho, farmer, of Waima, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. 6d. per acre per annum, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at rental of 5 per cent. of Government valuation.”
