Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ninihi No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Wednesday, the 12th day of December, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be revested in the Native owners."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukeatua A Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Auckland on Friday, the 7th day of December, 1917, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said block of land be sold to Thomas McIndoe, of Auckland, agent, for the amount of a special Government valuation of the said land."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ngawhitu A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kawakawa on Saturday, the 15th day of December, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the Ngawhitu A No. 2 Block be sold to H. R. Ludbrook at or for the price or sum of £3 per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oromahoe M Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Monday, the 17th day of December, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be leased to Arthur Edward Bedgood, of Waimate North, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental of 2s. per acre, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rapaura 2A, Section 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Friday, the 30th day of November, 1917, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the land be sold to Alfred W. Jones for the sum of £3 per acre."

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of the undermentioned blocks will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Tuesday, the 11th day of December, 1917, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the following blocks, or any portion or portions of any of them, be given to the Crown for settlement by returned Maori soldiers, viz.:—

This meeting is called for the purpose of making arrangements and passing resolutions with regard to an area of 8,574 acres 2 roods, being the balance of the 35,000 acres promised to the Crown for settlement of returned Maori soldiers.
