Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block VII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Hawke’s Bay County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 13·6 perches

Portion of Section 19 (D.P. 1979), Rissington Estate.

Coloured on plan: Pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 1 rood 3·7 perches.

Adjoining Sections 19 (D.P. 1979) and 13 (D.P. 257), Rissington Estate.

Coloured on plan: Green.

All situated in Block VII, Patoka Survey District.

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/511, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Whakatane County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 3 26} portion of Lot 2 of Allotment 110.

Situated in Matata Parish, Block III, Upper Rangitaiki Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/503, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
