HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, and transfers of the undermentioned officers on active service with the N.Z. Expeditionary Force, vide List No. 41, N.Z. E.F. Orders:—
COMMANDS AND STAFF.
Captain S. C. P. Nicholls, N.Z.S.C., to be Brigade Major, N.Z.M.R. Brigade. Dated 17th February, 1917.
Major H. C. Glendining, N.Z.S.C., performed the duties of Brigade Major, N.Z. Divisional Artillery, from 26th December, 1916, to 30th January, 1917.
Major G. Barclay, v.d., performed the duties of C.R.E., N.Z. Division, from 24th March, 1917, to 24th April, 1917.
CANTERBURY MOUNTED RIFLES.
Captain S. C. P. Nicholls, N.Z.S.C., is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst employed as Brigade Major, N.Z. M.R. Brigade. Dated 21st March, 1917.
