All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and forty of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the road-line proclaimed as a road: 13 acres 1 rood 34 perches.
Adjoining or passing through portion of Tutaematai B Block, situated in Block VIII, Russell Survey District. (S.O. 16141.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 42974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Stopping Government Roads in Blocks II and III, Otama Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:
And whereas the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto are no longer required for the purpose of roads:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the roads described in the Schedule hereto.
