All that area in the Land District of Hawke’s Bay bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Purimu Stream being the north-east corner of Block 34, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence proceeding generally in an easterly, south-easterly, westerly, and south-westerly direction along the Purimu Road District boundaries as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 74, dated 9th September, 1909, page 2310, to its intersection with the north-east boundary of the area of land shown on deeds plan 524; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the south-east boundary of Lot 3, deeds plan 636; thence south-westerly along that boundary to the south-east extremity of a proposed new road shown on deeds plan 636; thence along that road to the Wangai Road; thence north-easterly along that road to the Turae-kaitai Stream; thence down to the south-east corner of Block 34, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence along the eastern boundary of said block to the Purimu Stream, being the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

Wanstead Road District.

ALL that area in the Land District of Hawke’s Bay bounded by a line commencing at a point where the south-west boundary of Block 55, Block XII, Motuotaria Survey District, crosses the road forming the north boundary of Lots 9 and 7, Motuotaria Estate; thence westerly along that road to the north-west corner of Lot 7, Motuotaria Estate; thence towards the south along the west boundaries of said Lot 7 and Lot 8, Motuotaria Estate, to the northernmost corner of Eparaima West Block; thence towards the south-west along the north-west boundary of that block to the Turae-kaitai Stream; thence up that stream and along the southern boundaries of Eparaima H, D, E, F, and G Blocks to the north-east corner of Block 56, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence along the south-east boundary of said Block 56 to its intersection with the north-east boundary of the area of land shown on deeds plan 524; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the south-east boundary of Lot 3, deeds plan 636; thence south-westerly along that boundary to the south-east extremity of a proposed new road shown on deeds plan 636; thence along that road to the Wangai Road; thence north-easterly along that road to the Turae-kaitai Stream; thence down that stream to the south-east corner of Block 34, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence along the east boundary of said block to the Purimu Stream; thence down that stream to the north-east boundary of Lot 26, Arlington Estate; thence along that boundary and along the south-east boundaries of Lots 27, 23, and 21, and along the north boundaries of Lots 20 and 9, all in Arlington Estate, and along the production of the last-named to its intersection with the south-west boundary of Block 86, Block VII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boundary and along the south-west boundaries of Blocks 48 and 55 to the point of commencement.

Purimu Road District.

All that area in the Land District of Hawke’s Bay bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Tangatupura Stream being the south-west corner of Block 87, Block VII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence proceeding along the south-west boundaries of that block and Block 86 to a point where the production of the north boundaries of Lots 20 and 9, Arlington Estate, intersect it; thence along the said productions and boundaries to the north-east corner of Lot 21; thence along the south-east boundaries of said Lot 21 and Lots 23 and 27, and along the north-east boundary of Lot 26, all in the Arlington Estate, to the Purimu Stream; thence up that stream to the north-east corner of Block 34, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence along the east boundary of that block to the Turae-kaitai Stream; thence up that stream to its second intersection with the Wangai Road; thence south-west along that road to a proposed new road shown on deeds plan 636; thence along that road to its south-east extremity; thence north-east along the south-east boundary of Lot 3, deeds plan 636, to the north-east boundary of the area of land shown on deeds plan 524; thence along that boundary to the south-east boundary of Block 56, Block XIII, Motuotaria Survey District; thence south-west along that boundary and along the south-east boundaries of Block 60 and Wharawhara Native Block to the Patangata County boundary as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 92, of the 1st November, 1906, page 2851; thence west, north, and east generally along that boundary to the Tangatupura Stream, being the point of commencement.

THE Auckland Harbour Board have notified that the black cage beacon to the north-east of the Kohimarama Wharf has been knocked down by some unknown vessel, and that a new beacon will be erected in the same position as soon as possible.
