Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-
Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of

under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the
Government House at Wellington, this twenty-

Additional Land near Pukemiro taken for the Purposes of
the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Huntly-Awaroa Branch).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, con-
venience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway (Huntly-Awaroa Branch) to take further land near
Pukemiro, in addition to land previously acquired for the
purposes of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above
mentioned.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 4 acres 36 perches
and 2 acres.

Portions of Section 78B, Pepepe Parish, Block XIV, Rangi-
riri Survey District, Raglan County. (S.O. 19580, blue.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 24890,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wel-
ington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-

convenience, or enjoyment of the Gisborne-Rotorua
Railway to take further land in Motu Survey District, in
addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the
said railway :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above
mentioned.

tioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-

Forest Hill Hundred, Southland County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the con-
sents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Southland County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Forest
Hill Hundred described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid,
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the
road described in the First Schedule hereto.
