section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and of the Waimate County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim
as a road the land in Waimate Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

hereto, and of the Matamata County Council, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim
as a road the land in Patetere North Survey District described
in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken for a portion of the
Stratford-Kawakawa Railway:
And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law
to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such
land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been
observed and performed:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on me by section one hundred and eighty-eight
of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the
said line of railway hereinbefore specified.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods
20·8 perches.
Portion of Section 6 (Taranaki R.D.), situated in Block III,
Ohura Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
