REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitao No. 2c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Friday, the 28th day of September, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be revested in the Native owners thereof.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu-Kaituna No. 5B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Friday, the 28th day of September, 1917, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Henry Walter Vercoe shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Caleb R. Tapper shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Milford George Cruickshank shall be agreed to.”
