Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawaha No. 5c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, on Friday, the 28th day of September, 1917, at 10 30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Arthur William Gillies shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Arthur William Gillies shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutukau West B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taupo, on Tuesday, the 9th day of October, 1917, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to John Parkinson Wells shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to John Laird Morrison shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Joseph Lawrie Vercoe shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Owen James Hodge shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Joseph Manuel shall be agreed to.”
