Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Oruarangi will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to George Price and James McCormick for the amount of the Government valuation.”
Dated at Auckland this 15th day of August, 1917.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohinemuri No. 18 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £150.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipatukahu No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £30 par acre.”

“ That the land be sold to William McDuff for the sum of £4 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to J. E. Douglas for the amount of the Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waihi North Block II, Section 1A 2B 2, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1917, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Mary Bond for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”
