Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.
Awa-o-totara Block.
Sections 1 and 2, Block IV, Maungaharuru Survey District; and Sections 1 to 5 (inclusive), Block I, 2 to 7 (inclusive), Block II, 1, Block V, and 1 to 4 (inclusive), Block VI, Moeangiangi Survey District: Area, 16,856 acres 0 roods 20 perches.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/99, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.

Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of New Plymouth.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority in whose district the land described in the Schedule hereto is situated, proclaim as a street the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 11·18 perches.
Portion of Section K of part of G, New Plymouth Town Belt, Fitzroy District, Block V, Paritutu Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/1345B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
