Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimamaku B 2c No. 8 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Opononi on Saturday, the 21st day of July, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be leased to Thomas Mitchell, of Waiotemarama, farmer, for a term of twenty years at an annual rental of £6 10s."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wairere 2F, Section 5B, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taheke on Saturday, the 28th day of July, 1917, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

"That the said land be sold to E. Warmington, farmer, of Ivydale, for £2 per acre."

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 34, folio 141, of the Register-book, in favour of ELIZABETH DAVEY, Wife of EDWIN THOMAS DAVEY, of Hamilton, Storekeeper, for one undivided half-part share or interest in Allotment 2 of Section C on plan 79, which said parcel of land is portion of Allotments 217 and 218 of the Parish of Kirikiri roa, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 7th July, 1917.
