Wellington, 20th June, 1917.
NOTICE is hereby given that the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be considered at a
meeting of the South Island District Maori Land Board to be held at Invercargill on Wednesday, the 4th day of
July, 1917, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Board will allow.

Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land Dis-
trict hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Wainui B No. 3 Block is hereby summoned and will be
held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act,
1909, at Wellington on Friday, the 6th day of July, 1917,
at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :-
"That the land be sold to William Wilson Smith at a
price of £7 10s. 6d. per acre."

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land Dis-
trict hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Horowhenua XIB 41 North B 3, Section 4, is hereby sum-
moned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Tuesday, the 10th day
of July, 1917, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of consider-
ing the following proposed resolution :--
"That the land be leased to Lindsay Graham McDonald
for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of £34
for the first ten years, and 5 per cent. on the Government
valuation in 1927 for residue of term."
