Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Rotorua Township Reserves will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on
Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1916, at 10.30 o'clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution : —
"That a proposal that a portion of the rents from these
sections be devoted towards patriotic purposes under the
direction of the Native Patriotic Association, Ohinemutu,
shall be agreed to."

Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Mourea Papakainga No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of
Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on
Tuesday, the 5th day of September, 1916, at 10.30 o'clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolutions : —
"1. That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by
way of lease to Arthur Wallace shall be agreed to.
"2. That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by
way of sale to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to.
"3. That a proposed alienation of portion of the land by
way of lease to George William Vaughan shall be agreed to."

of Tangatapu B No. 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Saturday,
the 2nd day of September, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the fore-
noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed
resolution : —
"That the said land be sold to Edward Clare Blomfield
for the sum of £1 per acre."

XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Tuesday,
the 5th day of September, 1916, at 10 o'clock in the fore-
noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed
resolution : —
"That the said land be sold to Herbert Howarth
Mountain, of Waimate North, farmer, for the sum of £1 per
acre, or the present Government valuation, whichever be the
greater."

XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Dargaville on
Thursday, the 7th day of September, 1916, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution : —
"That the said land be sold to Charles Nelson Taylor, of
Tangiteroria, farmer, at £3 per acre."
