(23.) The form No. 90 and the form No. 9D are hereby
amended in each case by omitting the words "in the same
manner as an award," and substituting the words "in the
same manner as an industrial agreement."
The form No. 9D is hereby further amended-
(a.) By inserting, after the words "the Industrial Concilia-
tion and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1911," the
words "as amended by section 2 of the Industrial
Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1913";
and
(b.) By omitting the words "the said section," and substi-
tuting the words "the said sections."

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kauri Point
Domain.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this ninth day of
August, 1916.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said
Act"), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to
time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twenty-
ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the first day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, the land
described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain
Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint
HIS WORSHIP THE MAYOR OF AUCKLAND, ex officio;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AUCKLAND HARBOUR BOARD,
ex officio;
HIS WORSHIP THE MAYOR OF BIRKENHEAD, ex officio;
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL,
ex officio; and
THE COMMISSIONER OF CROWN LANDS, ex officio,
To be the Kauri Point Domain Board, having control of the
lands described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes
of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth
hereby appoint Friday, the eighth day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at three o'clock p.m., as
the time when, and the District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
KAURI POINT DOMAIN.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotments
157 and part 162 (Kauri Point Reserve), Parish of Takapuna,
containing by admeasurement 112 acres 1 rood, more or less.
Bounded towards the east generally by a public road and by
a right line (the production of the said road) to a public road,
across that road, and by a public road to Allotment 163,
Parish of Takapuna; thence towards the south-east by the
said Allotment 163 to high-water mark of the Waitemata
Harbour; and towards the south, west, and north-west
generally by high-water mark of the Waitemata Harbour
to the place of commencement. As the same is delineated
on plan marked 6/1/55, deposited in the Head Office, De-
partment of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon
bordered pink. (Auckland Plan No. 17877.)
