Land temporarily reserved for the Use and Support of Aboriginal Natives in Block XII, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the use and support of aboriginal Natives.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 194 acres 1 rood, more or less, being portion of Section 59, Block XII, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by a road reserve along the Rapu-rapu Stream, 225·9, 495·6, 1837·5, 653·4, 1185·4, 372·4, 723·3, 1192·8, 1350·6, 254·8, and 928·8 links; towards the south-east by Whaiti-Kuranui No. 6B Block, 1828·3 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 1002, 227, 401, 414·9, 585·1, 342·8, 801·1, 600·8, 422·3, and 524·8 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 678·5, 177·7, 736·4, 703·3, 559, 478·4, 591·3, 387·9, 234·2, 229·2, 239·1, 168, 863·2, and 170·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/928, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland Plan No. 13645.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

AVOCA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Section 26, Block I, Maungaru Survey District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section 1 of Block I, 929·3 links; towards the east by Section 2 of Block I aforesaid, 885·8 links; towards the south generally by a public road, 402·4 and 229·7 links; towards the west generally by the said public road, 693·5, 159·8, 229·4, 183·4, and 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked 2/309, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 6927.)

HENRY MANSFIELD BURNEY TRAPP, J.P.,
to be a Trustee, in the place of Marryat Dugald Hornsby, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Carterton Public Cemetery, in conjunction with Humphrey Callister, Walter Joseph Lindop, John Bassett, Thomas Edward Maunsell, William Moore, Joseph Alfred Dudson, and William Howard Booth, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Polling-places for Pahiatua Electoral District appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Legislature Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places in the Electoral District of Pahiatua, and do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be polling-places for the said Electoral District of Pahiatua.
