Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XVI, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Purua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

1 3 31·5, portion of Allotment 129.
3 0 23 " 128.
0 2 22 " 96.

Situated in Maungatapere Parish, Block XVI, Purua Survey District (S.O. 18722).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40509, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Manurewa Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Otahuhu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3 roods 7·1 perches.

Being Allotment 5, Parish of Papakura, Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District (S.O. 18933).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Otaki Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Otaki Town District:

And whereas the Otaki Town Board has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

11·1 perches, portion of Lot 26 on D.P. 2464, Subdivision 11. Coloured blue on plan.
1 rood 37 perches, portion of No. 15b. Coloured red on plan.

Situated in Haruatai Block, Block IX, Waitohu Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-seventh day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Aria Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block II, Aria Survey District:

And whereas agreements have been entered into, in terms of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such land for the public work hereinafter set forth:

And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the land as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreements hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
