Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block III, Lewis Survey District, Nelson Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessee and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Murchison County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LANDS PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 1 perch, 4 perches, and 1 rood 7 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Road at Pukekohe, in the Borough of Pukekohe.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a road:
And whereas it has been certified by the Minister of Railways that such land is not required for railway purposes: And whereas such land is situated in the Borough of Pukekohe, the local authority of which has assented to the issue of this Proclamation:
And whereas His Excellency the Governor is of opinion that the said local authority can conveniently construct and maintain the said road:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Pukekohe Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land: 20·7 perches, 1 rood 25·8 perches, and 14·1 perches.
Portions of railway reserve (S.O. 17393, blue).
Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 21124, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured neutral and blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this tenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Additional Land in Waipu Survey District taken for the Purposes of the North Auckland Railway and for a Road Approach thereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Auckland Railway, and for a road approach thereto, to take further land in Waipu Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

FOR RAILWAY.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken: 15·2 perches, 2 roods 3 perches, 11·3 perches, 12·7 perches, and 23 perches.

FOR ROAD APPROACH.
Approximate area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 20 perches.
Portion of Section 35; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block XII, Waipu Survey District (S.O. 18035).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40451, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
