Declared at Auckland this 3rd day of April, 1916, before—
Graves Aickin, a Justice of the Peace in and for the Dominion
of New Zealand.

NOTE.—Since the 1st January last 17,610 shares have been
issued to the South British Insurance Company (Limited),
who are now the beneficial owners of the whole of the shares,
on which there is an uncalled liability of £89,875 and a
statutory liability of £100,000.

In accordance with the provisions of the Guardian, Trust,
and Executors Company Amendment Act of 1911, No. 17,
I have examined this statement with the books of the com-
pany, and I hereby certify it to be correct.

BOROUGH OF WAIMATE.
RESOLUTION STRIKING RATE.
WHEREAS the Waimate Borough Council took steps
to raise a loan of £2,000 for drainage works: And
whereas this sum has now been found insufficient to complete
the works: And whereas it is found necessary to raise a
further ten per centum under section 18 of the Local Bodies'
Loans Act, 1913:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers
vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act,
1913, the Waimate Borough Council hereby resolves as
follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £200, being an amount of ten per centum
of the original loan, authorized to be raised by the Waimate
Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, and more
particularly section 18 thereof, for completing the drainage
works, the said Waimate Borough Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of ⅝ths (five-eighths) of a penny in the
pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the
Borough of Waimate; and that such special rate shall be an
annually recurring special rate during the currency of such
loan, and shall be payable yearly upon the first day of October
in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Waimate
Borough Council held on Friday, the 30th day of June, 1916.
We hereby certify that the above is a true copy of and
extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Council of
the Borough of Waimate at the meeting above mentioned.

RECONSTRUCTION OF COMPANY.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of the DUNLOP RUBBER COMPANY OF AUSTRAL-
ASIA (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Dunlop Rubber Com-
pany of Australasia (Limited) is being reconstructed,
and will voluntarily cease to do business in New Zealand
on the first day of November, 1916.
DUNLOP RUBBER COMPANY OF AUSTRALASIA (LIMITED),

With reference to the above notice a new company called
the “Dunlop Rubber Company of Australasia (Limited)”
has been incorporated, and will take over all the assets and
liabilities of the old company. The new company proposes
to carry on business in the Dominion of New Zealand at
[No. 77
Number 95 Courtenay Place, in the City of Wellington, and
at 116 Worcester Street, Christchurch.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

that I intend applying on the 3rd August next to have my
name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of
New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of
my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and
Deaths at Auckland.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of the “AUTOMATIC BAKERIES CHRISTCHURCH
COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company are required, on or before the 25th
day of July, 1916, to send their names and addresses and the
particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and
addresses of their solicitors (if any), to DAVID JONES, of
Christchurch, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if
so required in notice in writing from the said Liquidator,
are personally or by their solicitors to come in and prove
their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be
specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be
excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before
such debts or claims are proved.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the
matter of SABULITE (N.Z.) LIMITED.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
the above-mentioned company duly convened and held
at Auckland on the 30th day of May, 1916, the following
special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent
extraordinary general meeting of the above-mentioned com-
pany duly convened and held at Auckland on the 29th day
of June, 1916, the following resolution was duly confirmed,
viz.:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908.”
And at such last-mentioned meeting HERBERT TIARKS,
Public Accountant, of Auckland, was appointed Liquidator
for the purposes of winding-up.

matter of SABULITE (N.Z.) LIMITED (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company are required to send particulars of
their debts or claims, on or before 31st day of July, 1916, to
HERBERT TIARKS, the Liquidator of the said company, at
his office, Ferry Buildings, Quay Street, Auckland. All debts
or claims not received on or before the above-mentioned
date are liable to be excluded from the benefits of any dis-
tribution made subsequent thereto.
