REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pipiwai No. 2H will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whangarei on Saturday, the 29th day of July, 1916, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Punakitere 2B 4B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hikurangi on Wednesday, the 26th day of July, 1916, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to William Augustus Limbrick, of Whakatane, farmer, for the sum of £3 per acre or the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakaihuwaka C No. 2 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 26th day of July, 1916, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said block be leased to Tahu Paetaha, of Pipiriki, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of 1s. per acre.”
