effect of the form No. 1 in the Schedule hereto. The application must be accompanied by the fee of £1 herein-before prescribed and by the expiring certificate of registration.
(2.) The certificate of registration of any nursery may be transferred from one occupier to another on application being made to the Director in or to the effect of the form No. 8 in the Schedule hereto. No fee shall be charged for the transfer.

Any of the forms included in the Schedule hereto may be obtained free of charge on application to any District Agent of the Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce, or to the Director or any Inspector.

Notwithstanding that a certificate of unconditional registration may be in force in connection with any nursery, the occupier of such nursery shall not sell or allow to be sold or distributed therefrom any plant affected with disease unless the plant has been treated in such manner as to destroy the disease.

The prohibition of the sale or distribution of plants from any nursery shall not release the occupier of the nursery from any liability he may have incurred for a breach of the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act or of any regulations thereunder.

Any occupier of a nursery who sells or allows to be sold from his nursery any prescribed tree or plant contrary to the terms of any prohibition under clause 6 hereof commits a breach of these regulations.

CERTIFICATE OF UNCONDITIONAL REGISTRATION OF A NURSERY.
I HEREBY certify that the nursery occupied by , of , and comprising acres, being Section No. , Block No. , in the Survey District (at or near ), is unconditionally registered as a nursery in terms of the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act and the regulations thereunder.
This certificate shall remain in force until the 30th April, 19 , unless previously suspended as provided in the said regulations.

NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, AND PROHIBITING SALES FROM A NURSERY.

PLEASE take notice that in pursuance of the regulations under the Orchard and Garden Diseases Act, and in consequence of the disease known as having appeared in your nursery situated at or near , the certificate of unconditional registration in respect of the said nursery is hereby suspended, and you are hereby prohibited until further notice from selling or distributing, or allowing to be sold or distributed, from the said nursery any trees or plants of the undermentioned kinds unless such trees or plants shall have been treated in the manner shown below in the presence of an Inspector, and a certificate of treatment has been obtained from him.

This certificate shall remain in force until the 30th April, 19 .
The conditions attaching to this registration are as follows: All trees or plants of the undermentioned kinds must be treated as shown below in the presence of an Inspector before being sold or distributed, and a certificate of treatment must be obtained from the Inspector before any such sale or distribution takes place.
