35 2371 Taupo No. 24 .. That the said land be leased to Leonard Metcalfe Lane for a term of twenty-one years at rental of 1s. per acre for the said term, with right of renewal for further twenty-one years at rental of 5 per cent. upon unimproved value at date of renewed term.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 3, Block XIV, Puniu Survey District (Puketarata No. 6 Reserve) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Shannon on Wednesday, the 28th day of June, 1916, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Samuel Thomas for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 6s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

Dated at Auckland this 2nd day of June, 1916.

NOTICE is hereby given that THEODORE KENDAL WILLIAMS, of Mount Eden, Builder, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on Wednesday, the 7th day of June, 1916, at 2.30 o'clock.
