THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
[No. 66

Empowering Act, 1911, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix two years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.


SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 3, Block IV, Piopiotea West Survey District: 1st July, 1915.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this second day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block II, Moehau Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Coromandel County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
2 acres 1 rood 4 perches.
Portion of Section 1, Block II, Moehau Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/192, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. (Auckland Plan 18452.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this first day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagees of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Coromandel County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

0 2 27 " Crown land; coloured purple.

Situated in Block I, Colville Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/209, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. (Auckland Plan 18460.)

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the lessees and mortgagee of the lands described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitomo County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands described in the said Schedule; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required.
