Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraetaua 5p 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Saturday, the 12th day of February, 1916, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Harry Daniel for the sum of £475.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Orohaki Native Reserves 893 and 894 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaiapoi on Wednesday, the 16th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Charles Feary for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £114 per annum for the first seven years, and thereafter at 5 per cent. on a Government valuation to be made at the expiration of the first and second periods of seven years of the said term.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tawera Native Reserve 897 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaiapoi on Wednesday, the 16th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Henry Smith for a term of twenty-one years at a rental of £242 10s. per annum for the first seven years, and thereafter at 5 per cent. on a Government valuation to be made at the expiration of the first and second periods of seven years of the said term.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kahotea No. 2A, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wellington on Tuesday, the 25th day of February, 1916, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 3 acres 2 roods 37 perches, be sold to Mary Jane Jillett and Andrew Agnew Stuart Menteath at the price of £20 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Arapawanui Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tangoio on Friday, the 11th day of February, 1916, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
