Application for Avoidance or Suspension of Trade-mark.

IT is hereby notified that the applications of W. S. Laurie and Company, of Custom Street, Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, for the avoidance or suspension of the registration of Trade-marks Nos. 1720/1386 and 8977/7249, in the name of Thomasphosphat Fabriken Gesellschaft mit Beschränkter Haftung, have been refused.

Public Service Stores Tender Board.—Supply and Delivery of Poles.

Wellington, 20th January, 1916.

WRITTEN tenders will be received at the office of the Chairman (Government Printing Office) not later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the 16th February, 1916, for the supply and delivery, C.I.F. and E., Wellington, of 250/30 ft., square hewn, ironbark poles.

Particulars and conditions of tendering may be obtained at the office of the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington; the District Storekeeper, Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch; or at the offices of the Telegraph Engineers at Auckland and Dunedin.

Italian twine, 11,000 bridle-rings for M.C. lines, and 35,000 yards of jumper wire.
