SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
9 acres 3 roods.
Portion of Section 17, Block III, Wangamoa Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39388,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross. of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian
Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand
and its Dependencies; and issued under
the Seal of the said Dominion. at the Government
House at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day
of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand
nine hundred and sixteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur
William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the
consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described
in the Schedule hereto, and of the Mangonui County Council,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Rangaunu Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block XI, Rangaunu Survey District (S.O.
18167).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39308,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

and of the Waimea County Council, being the local

authority in whose district the said land is situated, pro-
claim as a road the land in Motueka Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

Portion of Section 79, Square 7 (Nelson R.D.), Block IX,
Motueka Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon coloured yellow.
